1 Man, 39 Years, 25,0000 Big Macs!

A Wisconsin man ate his 25,0000 McDonald's Big Mac 39 years to the day after eating his first. Don Gorske a retired prison guard says he has never gone more than 8 days without one and the last day he went Big Mac-less was Thanksgiving 2000 when he forgot to stock up and the store was closed for the holiday.

According to Yahoo, this two all-beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions on a sesame seed bun, lovin' fool began his love affair in 1972.  More McDetails after the jump.

Gorske's obsession with the burger started May 17, 1972, when he bought three Big Macs to celebrate the purchase of a new car. He was hooked, and went back to McDonald's twice more that day, eating nine before they closed.

After reading the full article from Yahoo News, this wasn't a man looking for fame nor fortune he doesn't WANT to be in the Guinness Book Of World Records (although he is) This is a man that loves him a Big Mac -at least twice a day- and I am certain that even without the stories, write ups like this and the 'Super Size Me' cameo he would still be buying Big Macs in bulk, freezing them and warmin' em up to eat through out the week so he doesn't have to go to Mickey D's every. single. day.
