10 Reasons to Listen to the 47th Annual CMAs Tonight on KNUE

Country's biggest night is here and the excitement is building. The 47th Annual Counrty Music Awards will get underway tonight at 7pm. You can tune in to 101-5 KNUE to listen to the complete show, and here's 10 reasons why you shouldn't miss it!

• 1. Personally I think the number one reason to catch the show, will be the tribute of one the biggest names in country music, George Jones. "The Possum" will be remembered tonight with a duet from living legends George Strait and Alan Jackson.
• 2.  Keith Urban and Miranda Lambert will sing their duet "We Were Us." This should be one of the best performances of the night.
• 3. Rumors have it Taylor Swift will take a song that all of us know and love and make it her own gorgeous version. Taylor will be joined on the performance by two of music's finest singers anywhere, Alison Krauss and Vince Gill.
• 4. The Zac Brown Band will team up with one of music's best drummer, Dave Grohl, on a new song. This should be interesting and unique.
• 5. Beyond her hosting duties tonight, Carrie Underwood will also be singing a medley of four recent  No. 1 hits. (I'm sure Buddy Logan will watching to to catch a glimpse at Carrie's gams!)
• 6. Brad Paisley coming back to the stage as co-host with Carrie Underwood. Brad is the funniest, smartest and a phenomenal guitarist who will show you in his performance tonight! I wouldn't miss that for the world.
• 7. Rascal Flatts, Jennifer Nettles and Darius Rucker will be honoring another great legend, The Gambler himself -- Kenny Rogers.
• 8. Luke Bryan and Florida-Georgia Line will jam tonight! Get ready ladies.
• 9. One of the most acclaimed young singer-songwriter in recent country history from Golden, Texas, Kacey Musgraves. All of East Texas will be watching as she performs with talented Hunter Hayes and Jason Marz.
• 10. Of course just watching all the performances of country's biggest stars and seeing what everybody is wearing.
