George Strait Surprises Ryman Audience
Yesterday (Feb. 22), George Strait made a guest appearance at the Universal Music Group label luncheon show at Nashville’s Country Radio Seminar, which was held at the Ryman Auditorium. Though King George wasn’t listed as an act for the event, he came out as the first performer and stunned a crowd that quickly cheered, stood and clapped to show their approval. The audience primarily consisted of radio station personnel, all of whom were surprised by Strait’s presence.
