Brooks & Dunn to Be Honored at 2015 ACM Awards

The 50th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards are just a little over a week away, and this year the best-selling country duo of all time is receiving an award. It isn't just any ordinary award, it is the prestigious 50th anniversary milestone award.

Kix Brooks and Ronnie Dunn are arguably one of the best duos to ever grace the airwaves of country music. With 27 ACM Awards in their trophy rooms already, this makes it a nice round 28.

Brooks & Dunn have won for everything from Entertainer of the Year (three times) to Vocal Duo of The Year (16 times), as well as a Triple Crown Award. All total they are the most awarded duo of all time in the Academy, including winning the most consecutive Vocal Duo of the Year Awards with eight.

They will once again be on the stage together in Arlington! I don't know about you but I sure do miss Brooks & Dunn.

You will be able to see them again, however, they have announced they will be playing in Vegas in a show with Reba. The show will debut at the Colosseum at Caesar's Palace on June 24.
