Shortly before their wedding, the daughter of the Duane family shared the news that she and her fiance had decided to call off their wedding. Everything was ready from the service to the reception to the honeymoon. But, now what?

The Duane family decided to do something good with their disappointment. Since the reception was nonrefundable, they opened up the room to the homeless of Sacramento, Calif., and fed more over 100 people.

The menu included salad, salmon and even tri-tip beef. Yeah, they ate good. And the mother of the bride felt good, too, saying, "I feel a lot of heartache and heartbreak for her, but I will take away something good from this, I will."
