Carrie Underwood reached back into her greatest hits catalog to open the inaugural American Country Countdown Awards.

The singer performed a medley of hits featured on her newly-released 'Greatest Hits: Decade #1' collection, beginning with 'Before He Cheats' and running through 'All American Girl,' 'Cowboy Casanova,' 'Blown Away' and culminating in 'Something in the Water,' her current single. The song is one of two new tracks on the project.

Underwood is also nominated for Female Vocalist of the Year in the awards, which are airing live from the Music City Center in Nashville.

Luke Bryan leads the pack of nominees with seven, followed by Florida Georgia Line with six nominations, and Jason Aldean with nominations in four categories, including Artist, Male Vocalist, Song and Digital Song of the Year.

Other top acts nominated include Blake Shelton, Miranda Lambert, Dierks Bentley and Lady Antebellum.
