Kids all over East Texas will be hunting Easter eggs next weekend, before the big day though they can get practice at the twilight Easter egg hunt thanks to the Tyler Parks and Recreation Department.  The hunt is coming up Thursday evening at Lindsey Park in Tyler where there will be more than 30,000 eggs delivered by the Easter bunny!

The hunt will be divided up among 3 different age groups all hunting at different times.  Special needs children will kick off the hunt at 7p, then ages 3-5 hunt at 7:20p, ages 6-8 go next at 7:40p and the 9-10 year olds hunt at 7:55p.  Not only are the kids allowed to hunt the eggs on the field there will be special “prize eggs” for them to find too!

In addition to the twilight Easter egg hunt there will be other activities that include bounce houses, interactive booths, clowns, music and a photo opportunity with the Easter bunny.  Admission is free but there will be refreshments available for purchase.
