Clint Black, born in Katy, Texas, has been a favorite among country music fans for three decades and Saturday (August 13), he will be inducted into the Texas Country Hall of Fame in Carthage.

James White, Johnnie High and James Kirkland will also be honored during the celebration.

Doors will open at 6 P.M. with the ceremony beginning at 7 P.M.

"If you like country music, this is where you need to be this weekend," Tommie Ritter Smith, president of the Texas Country Music Hall of Fame told the Longview News Journal.

Clint Black will be the 48th inductee into the Texas Country Music Hall of Fame.
