As the final few minutes were running off the clock in Philadelphia, the Dallas Cowboys and Cowboy Nation were basking in a proud victory that saw the Cowboys blow a large lead only to regroup themselves and come away with 38-27 road win against the Eagles, but it came with a price.

According to a report, the NFL's leading rusher, DeMarco Murray, suffered a broken bone on his left finger.  The Cowboy's running back underwent surgery today and is expected to play in the regular season finale against Washington, however, his status for the upcoming game against Indianapolis is in doubt.

Other players who have suffered the same type of injury, including former Cowboy Emmett Smith, have missed one game before returning to the line up.
