Denver Man Encourages the Homeless With Weekly Softball Game [VIDEO]

Baseball Game

This was in the news last week, and I kept thinking about this story, so I thought I would share. Real estate developer Joe Carabello realized how many homeless were in his hometown of Denver. He thought that he would encourage the less fortunate with a weekly softball game. Guess what? It’s working!

This story touched my heart, and made me think — we all have it in us to help those around us who need it. This puts life in perspective, and sometimes we are so busy with our own lives, we overlook what is really important.
