Destroying Fireworks Turns into Quite the Show in West Texas

Black smoke, containing flashes and sparks, filled the Midland sky yesterday (March 20), but not for your entertainment.

ABC 15 reports that 20,000 pounds of fireworks of illegal fireworks were destroyed, per court order, by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

The fireworks were seized over three days from several cities.
