Downtown Tyler’s Holiday Open House is Thursday Dec. 11

Thursday the Downtown Tyler Museums will open their doors for free and welcome you to experience the magic of Christmas from 4-8 pm with refreshments and fun.

Explore all seven downtown museums which will feature fun music, reenactors, special exhibits and more. Don't miss the Cotton Belt Depot, Discovery Science Place and Goodman-Legrand Museum all north of the square.

Work your way South and, check out Gallery Main Street's latest exhibit, before hitting Smith County Historical Society and seeing the library's renovations celebration from 4-6 pm. Then finally head south west to visit the McClendon House.

Make sure you start early, so you can grab a seat for Liberty Hall's showing of White Christmas at 7 pm.
