Driving around Tyler you can't help but notice that business seems to be good and expanding. Several new shopping centers are opening up, buildings are going up in industrial areas and it appears to me that things are looking good for the city. With all this new construction comes new retail stores, restaurants, jobs and increased tax revenues for the city.

One new shopping center in Tyler is Kinsey Crossing, located on Loop 323 at Kinsey Dr., it will feature the return of Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin Robbins to Tyler along with other superstar tenants that include:

Mattress HQ
Rounder's Pizza
Reggie's Burgers (now open)
Headmaster's (now open)
Kelly's Nails Spa (now open)
The Brass Tap
Tru Tan
Baskin Robbins
Dunkin Donuts

Another area of Tyler that is greatly expanding is south of the city on S. Broadway near Toll Road 49 with the introduction of The Village At Cumberland Park. This will be an 80 acre shopping and entertainment center for the region that is expected to be open mid to late 2014.
