East Texas Boy Scouts have been out on the streets, knocking on doors and setting up shop in front of East Texas retailers selling popcorn! The Girl Scouts have the cookies in the spring and the Boy Scouts have popcorn in the fall!

East Texas Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts will be going door to door and setting up tables in front of area businesses taking orders for Trail's End brand popcorn to fund their scouting activities. A lot of packs and troops rely upon this fund raiser so the boys can go to summer camps and take part in the annual Pinewood Derby races. Through the annual popcorn sale, scouts can earn scholarship money for college and earn prizes with seventy percent of popcorn sales going directly to East Texas scouts.

So when you head to the big box retailers, Lowe's, Walmart, Kroger, Brookshire's, keep an eye out and sign up for a bag of popcorn and help East Texas scouting. Trail's End popcorn comes in a variety of flavors like Classic Caramel Corn, Caramel Corn with Almonds & Pecans, Cheddar Cheese, Jalapeno Cheddar, Bacon Ranch, Sour Cream & Onion, and Buffalo Cheddar just to name a few of the many varieties.

Keep an eye out for area Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts taking orders or you can simply call the East Texas Area Council Boys Scouts of America and order it directly from them, simply contact Travis Rubelee at 903.597.7201.
