Additional Information

It's more about giving than receiving for a lot of people during the Christmas holidays. Seeing the joy on a kids face when they receive a gift and the excitement that they have when they get to open that gift is all the payment a lot of people need. This holiday season there will be many different toy drives and rides to benefit children of East Texas.

The Longriders Motorcycle Club has organized its annual Christmas Toy Run to benefit the Children's Village of Tyler along with other area agencies and organizations. The ride will take place on Sunday, December 7th and will begin on the square in downtown Tyler. Participants will begin gathering around noon and the ride will get underway at 2 p.m. and end in Troup.

The group will be accepting new unwrapped toys for children along with cash donations and canned food. The toy run is open to all riders and will most definitely bring some much needed smiles to children's faces this Christmas!
