It's taken two long years, but former John Tyler HS student Byron Truvia has been indicted in the murder of his teacher, Todd Henry. The case against Truvia is still pending since he was a juvenile at the time.  The state and defense are now waiting for a district judge to sign off on an order to have him committed to a state hospital. I can only imagine what the families, on both sides, are feeling. Sadness and relief maybe? Were the signs there of how mentally disturbed this young man was? If so, why was he even in that classroom? Was there a breakdown in the system? On the other hand, he did take a life. What are your thoughts?
