Former Tyler Radio DJ Receives 20 Year Sentence

Former morning show host Patrick Aguirre, known as Brain at radio station The Breeze, receives a 20 year sentence on drug trafficking charges. The sentence was handed down from the 114th State District Court in Tyler and according to KLTV 7, he was charged with engaging in organized criminal activity and manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance. He was sentenced to twenty years on both charges and the terms will run concurrently.

Aguirre will be eligible for parole in three years according to his attorney.
