Historic Tyler Homes on Parade April 1-2

If you love preserving history, then you must check out Historic Tyler's Annual Home Tour coming up on April 1 and 2.

Historic Tyler's mission is to promote the preservation and protection of historic structures and sites through education, involvement, and public and private investment.

When you purchase tickets to tour these homes, you're contributing to the mission of Historic Tyler. Take a look at the homes which will be featured in the 36th anniversary tour.

I attended the tour last year, and really enjoyed learning about the history of each home, and how each of the owners had invested in preserving their history, while updating them with modern amenities.

It's also a great opportunity to take in the beautiful Azalea and Spring flower trails in Tyler, as many of the homes are found on the trails.
