My pal Jon Wolfe stopped by Radio Texas Live last week.  If you aren't familiar with Jon yet you should be and now's your chance.  As far as this convo goes, we cover a few topics Jon and I talk about country star Joe Nichols who cut and will be including a song Jon wrote on his next album and how Clay Walker's 2010 Top 5 smash "She Won't Be Lonely Long" almost never happened.

We kicked off this visit with Jon's most recent hit "That Girl In Texas".

Next we talked about his former roommate and current Americana power house Hayes Carll, who so happens to have been named Spin Magazines "next big thing" in 2011, and if you haven't gotten Hayes's latest album "KMAG YOYO" yo get it, go!

What country singer is going to put a song Jon wrote on his new album? We talked about that next.

Not too long ago Jon cut and was going to release a song called "She Won't Be Lonely Long" but his record label went under, he lost the song, Clay Walker picked it up and then promptly took it all the way to number 5 on The Billboard Country Chart! Guess who got his hands on Jon's version of the song --me!

We closed the night out with the official radio debut of his brand new single "I Don't Dance" --It's a great song and I've got the entire thing for you right here, just in case you missed it.
