RTX New Music Challenge: Josh Abbott vs Aaron Watson [POLL]

It's time for the RTX New Music Challenge. This week two of the biggest live acts in Texas go head to head as Josh Abbott's "I'll Sing About Mine" goes up against Aaron Watson's "Lips." This is not only your chance to hear new music, but your opportunity to vote who's song you like better. It won't be easy, so good luck.

First up Aaron Watson, who did something this summer no other Texas or Red Dirt artist has ever done. In six short weeks, his single "Raise Your Bottle" shot to No. 1 on the Texas Music Chart. And now the second single off his "Real Good Time" album is out to radio. Will it be as quick to No. 1? That I can't tell you. But the race starts right here, give it a listen.

And in this corner, Josh Abbott. Abbott, who teamed up with Watson on a string of acoustic tours earlier this year, has released the second single off "Small Town Family Dream." The song titled "I'll Sing About Mine" was written, and originally released by Brian Keane. Keane took it to No. 2 in Texas, Abbott will try his hand at taking it into the Mediabase Top 40.
