KNUE + Brookside Dental Honor U.S. Marine Sargent Rachelle Torres as Our Hometown Hero of the Week

It is an honor and a privilege to announce our KNUE + Brookside Dental Hometown Hero of the week -- United States Marine Sargent Rachelle Torres of Coke, Texas.

KNUE and Brookside Dental thank you, Rachelle, for your service and dedication to our country.

According to Rachelle's sister Cara Williams, who nominated her to be a Hometown Hero, Sgt. Torres will celebrate eight years in the U.S. Marines in January.

Rachelle is married to Joe Torres, and they have four children. She is a graduate of Quitman High School.

Rachelle will receive a plaque courtesy of Congratulations Awards of Jacksonville.
