I am so pumped that Liberty Hall is in East Texas. Liberty Hall has brought so much talent and exciting events to downtown Tyler. The latest event is the East Texas Film Festival - "Show Us Your Shorts 2012".   The event gives individuals who want to pursue,or already working, as actors, movie make-up artists, film directors, costume designers and set designers, a great way to show us what they got!

It's the second year for the film festival and it has attracted talented East Texans, and some of the most innovative new directors, cinematographers and actors to the East Texas area.

Some of the best of the best will go head-to-head for top prize money, so don't miss these awesome short films, in a great environment - the beautifully renovated Liberty Hall in downtown Tyler.

Thursday's "shorts" : Horror/Sci-Fi and Action - “Historia Muerta,” “Infinite Disposal,” “Caballero,” “The Night the Sky Fell in New Haven,” “Chicken Skin,” “Wunderland,” and “Sleep Now in the Fire.”
