With all of the work being put into Downtown Tyler (and being recognized for it by the State of Texas!), it's only natural that some of these buildings will be sought after once again.

Invest In Tyler is currently taking new leases for office spaces right in the heart of downtown Tyler at the Fair Foundation Building located at 121 S Broadway Ave.

They've been posting on their Facebook page, saying their maintenace crew is 'ready to make space ready for specification.' Office spaces vary between 180 SF to 8,000 SF and honestly, the view is pretty spectacular.

In fact if you're lucky, you can admire the next Red Dirt BBQ & Music Festival from above in May of 2018!
