A skit involving Luke Bryan, Florida Georgia Line and CMT Awards host Kristin Bell may have been the funniest of the night. The three singers spoofed the Solange Knowles, Jay Z elevator fight, with FGL's Brian Kelley playing the roll of the former Destiny's Child singer.

Bell is seen waiting impatiently for the elevator, when a cutaway shows the ruckus. Bryan is trying to hold Kelley back -- Tyler Hubbard is the Jay Z of the bunch. When the doors open they're all still going at it, much to Bell's surprise.

"Hey, what happens in the elevator, stays in the elevator," Bryan says.

This certainly isn't the first time CMT used a pop culture reference as the basis for a skit for the CMT Music Awards. Most famously, Taylor Swift and rapper T-Pain did a song called 'Thug Story.'
