Ladies, you may want to sit down for this one. As if one movie about male strippers starring the hottest men in Hollywood wasn’t enough, ‘Magic Mike’ star Channing Tatum confirms that a ‘Magic Mike 2′ is in the works. Not only that, but a musical adaptation of the summer blockbuster is headed to Broadway.

When asked about the possibility of a second ‘Magic Mike’ movie, Channing Tatum told Glamour U.K:  “Yes, yes and yes! We’re working on the concept now. We want to flip the script and make it bigger.” Pun intended? Tatum’s  co-star Joe Manganiello said they were talking about the possibility of a prequel because - SPOILER ALERT - you would lose the Mike (Tatum’s character) for the sequel. And what’s the point of a second movie without a naked Channing Tatum? There is none.

Not soon after the movies writer Reid Carolin confirmed a Broadway adaptation was in the works, it was confirmed that Channing Tatum ahs signed on to be a producer. Entertainment guru Perez Hilton reported that Tatum and the movies other star Alex Pettyfer were ‘all in’ on being a part of the show. The best part about it? Tatum wants the show to involve the audience and be “extremely interactive”. The musical is set to hit the stage next summer.
