The story starts in a Speedway gas station, where police were called because a man was in the bathroom attempting to set a toilet seat on fire.

It gets weird, because he told police he was doing it for religious reasons. But the police knew better because he was arrested earlier in the year for huffing cans of whipped cream in another store.

James Crittenden, 46, was arrested for disorderly conduct and theft. He had been banned from the store previously.

Crittenden opened 10 cans of Redi Whip and offered to pay for them, but his $7 fell short of the $23.90 worth of product he stole.

The arrest report said he used the cans to huff to wake up and that the U.S Constition says he has the right to huff Redi Whip.
