Man Fractures Penis, Sues Sexual Enhancement Pill Maker

Have you ever heard of "eggplant penis?" Well, Texas man, Adrian Carter has. In fact he has a very intimate understanding of what it is and is blaming the sexual enhancement drug maker VirilisPro for his case of "eggplant penis."

According to ABCNews.com,

Carter is seeking medical expenses and punitive damages for product liability, negligence, breach of warranty, deceptive trade, mental anguish, pain and suffering and "past and future loss of consortium."

Carter's doctor, who is continuing follow-up treatment, "directly linked" the penis injury to the supplement.

Apparently these penile fractures are more common than you might think. They've even got that funny name "eggplant penis," And you know they never give something a funny name unless it's rampant.

But as opposed to a sex drug, like Carter is claiming, they are more likely caused by traumatic sexual intercourse, according to Dr. Chad Ritenour, associate professor of urology at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta. Dr. Ritehour sees a case at least once a month.
