Are you a big dog lover? You need to come meet Remi, a two-year old female Labrador and hound mix that is available for adoption at the Humane Society’s Pets Fur People in Tyler.

Remi is a big active girl – weighing in at 60 pounds. She will need plenty of exercise and loves to go for walks especially since the weather is so nice now. Best of all, Remi is crate trained and house trained. She has been spayed, is current on starting vaccinations including rabies and has been micro-chipped for identification purposes.

Remi is one of the Dog Days of Summer – until the end of October her adoption fee has been reduced from $150 to $50. For additional information on adopting Remi, call 903-597-2471 or check the Humane Society’s Pets Fur People website – petsfurpeople.org.

Adoption hours are Tuesday through Saturday 10 am until 5 pm - closed for lunch 1-2 pm. The Humane Society’s Pets Fur People is a selective admission no kill animal sanctuary. They offer dog boarding and routine vaccinations except for rabies to the public for dogs and cats. Follow them on Facebook and twitter. Please be a responsible pet owner - spay or neuter your pets. Donations are appreciated.
