Miranda Recruits Loretta Lynn For A New Song

Taste of Country.com reports that Miranda Lambert can cross one thing off her bucket list: It looks like she and Country Music Hall of Famer Loretta Lynn will be joining forces to write a song together some time this year. The country legend recently sat down with the Toledo Free Press to rave about the future Mrs. Blake Shelton. More after the jump.

Last year, Lynn made an appearance at the 2010 Country Music Awards to present the Female Artist of the Year Award to Lambert. The singer has said of Lambert, “She’s a great little singer. A great country singer. Now I’m not sayin’ pop ’cause me and her, either one ain’t gonna go pop.”

Wow, I can hear this number#1 hit already in my head. I love the fact that Miranda has such 'music sense'. Teaming up with a legend like Loretta Lynn, genius! Can't wait to play it on KNUE.
