Harrison County investigators have filed a fifth charge on Christopher Magill, the physician’s assistant who is accused of inappropriately touching patients during an exam for unrelated illnesses.

The most recent charge is regarding an alleged assault by physical contact.

Magill, 25, is the Physician’s Assistant who had charges filed in July after he exposed himself to patients under his care while working at physician’s office in Waskom.

He has had his license suspended in Texas on August 4, 2012 by the Texas board of Medical Examiners and also suspended in Louisiana after allegations were made by female patients of the clinics where he worked.

Magill was released on this misdemeanor charge on a $500.00 bond on September 24, 2012.
