With four acts on Friday and 10 acts and family activities on Saturday, this festival will definitely be the highlight of your weekend.

The outdoor festival is in its 12th year of existence, 3rd in Longview. If you like the blues, this is a can't-miss event. Check out the entire lineup here.

This event was supposed to go down in May, but rain forced it to postpone until this Saturday, June 3. This annual fest celebrate Celtic history and culture with live music, games, vendors, artisans, food and way more. You can contact Tours of Tyler for more information.

Bri Bagwell is coming to Lindale on Sunday from 4 to 7 p.m. with special guest Mando Salas. 10 bucks is a great deal to catch a great act while experiencing a great Texas music venue. Don't forget to grab a bite to eat. I've had their chicken fried chicken... it was goooooood.

Texas Freshwater Fisheries Center is celebrating National Fishing Day with free admission for all. There will be a free all-ages catfish tournament, free hot dogs, pizza, nachos and drinks and no license will be required for that day!

You can register for the tournament upon arrival at the Angler's Pavilion. Free! What more can you ask for besides good weather?

Growing up (and still to this day) I have loved watching movies in the park on warm, summer nights. It's free, it's community-oriented and who doesn't love laying in the park. Just bring your Deet for those pesky skeeters.

This month, Palestine presents 'A Royal Wedding' starring Fred Astaire and Jane Powell. Bring your blankets and chairs to get comfy for the viewing.

Florida Georgia Line's Smooth Tour hits Dallas this Saturday and they're bringing some pretty cool friends with them - Nelly (yeah, that Nelly!) and Chris Lane. Ticket prices seem pretty modest for the lineup and you can purchase them in advance at LiveNation.

Looking to get your kids (and maybe yourself) into shape this summer? Make a family event out of it and go to the Family Tennis Carnival host by the Tyler Tennis and Swim Club.

First Monday Trade Days is the world famous flea market everyone has to check out at least once. It's back starting Thursday and will be here through Sunday.

I mean...  literally over 28 miles of stuff from over 3,000 vendors. How do you pass that up?

Easton's 20th Annual Turnip Festival will be home to the League of Lions Pro Wrestling exhibition, suitable for all ages. They will also host a meet and greet before the event.

Really cool event that lands on Thursday but we had to include it. ETX Brewing is hosting 'Yappy Hour' Bring your dog, drink beer, eat Rotolo's pizza - all to help dogs in Tyler.

There will also be FREE dog training with contests as well.
