NBC’s The Voice Contestants Already Impacting iTunes

One episode into the brand new series and contestants are all ready making their voices be heard --on iTunes.  All three contestants with that country sound we know and love: Patrick Thomas, Elenowen and Jeff Jenkins all saw monstrous jumps in downloads since The Voice premiered on Tuesday reports TasteOfCountry.com more after the jump

Elenowen may be benefiting the most from their exposure on ‘The Voice,’ as their 2010 debut disc, ‘Pulling Back the Veil,’ has rocketed up into the Top 5 of iTunes’ Top Singer-Songwriter Albums chart.

This bodes well for East Texan Curtis Grimes who's audition will air on the next episode --this Tuesday.  I've said this before I normally do not watch shows like this but besides featuring Grimes the show is actually very good, I really enjoyed it.  And we'll be talking with Curtis Wednesday on KNUE for a recap so be sure to set your DVR's for NBC's The Voice and don't be left out on this Summer's biggest show.
