As if lemonade stands weren't enough, now you have to get a permit to have a garage or estate sale in the city limits of Whitehouse.

The ordinance will start November 1. A new permit is required for each new sale and will cost $5 and can only be obtained 3 times in a calendar year. The hours of operation can only be between 7 A.M. to 7 P.M. also.
