We all knew the chances of Abbott’s Texas Tech losing to Roger’s Texas State were slim. But when Texas State failed to cover the spread, Randy Rogers wound up singing the Josh Abbott hit “She’s Like Texas” — in a giraffe costume — on stage — in front of a BUNCH of people.
