According to Straggler band member, Roger Rays personal Facebook page February will be his last month with Jason Boland & the Stragglers.  He goes on to say “this has been an extremely tough decision for me … but I’m ready for a change… there is absolutely no bitterness here … and he’s just making this move in anticipation of something different and exciting.”  Read More Here.

Eli Young Band is nominated for three Academy of Country Music Awards this year. They are up for Song Of The Year for “Crazy Girl” which is is also nominated for Single Of The Year. And the texas boys are also up against bands like Lady Antebellum and Rascal Flatts for Vocal Group Of The Year.
