Ryan Beaver has written some great songs, and it's so good to see radio finally taking notice. Not only did the Beav co-write Kyle Park's first two Top 10, and latest singles "Make or Break Me" and "Leavin' Stephenville," he wrote his own, most recent single "Hate" which climbed all the way to No. 2 in Texas earlier this year.

Beaver stopped by Radio Texas, LIVE! last week and he sang a brand new song live, not the one I asked to hear, but new nonetheless. Check it out.

First up, I tried to get him to sing a song he tweeted about earlier in the week. Ryan declined, told me flat out, "No." So, instead check out his live rendition of another new song (one he hasn't tweeted about) called "Dancing with You," still a great song -- even though it wasn't the one I wanted to hear.

Most the time when Ryan stops by we play "Leave it to Beaver to Name That Ryan" a game invented just for him. And every time we do, there always seems to be one "Ryan" in particular that The Beav always has trouble naming.

This time we didn't play L.I.T.B.T.N.T.R. but the infamous question did get brought up -- and well, I hadn't planned on playin' but we ended up playin' an abbreviated version.

Finally, Ryan shared his social media stuff and we closed out our time together with his brand new single, "Nobody Wants to be Alone," a song I predict to be his second Top 5 single. Write that down.
