The third time's another charm for Scotty McCreery! The singer has earned his third RIAA (Recording Industry Association of America) Gold-certified record with 'See You Tonight,' his current Top 10 hit from the album of the same name.

You'd think that after the first couple of gold records, McCreery would start to lose his enthusiasm, but that's certainly not the case. Although this is his third Gold single, it's the Interscope/19/Mercury Records Nashville's artist very first as a writer.

“This is the one I’m most proud of,” McCreery gushes about the song he helped pen.

The 20-year-old celebrated his success in true style with the UMG Nashville staff. They went to Music City's new Pinewood Social, a place that specializes in social gatherings and even has its own hip new bowling alley complete with vintage lanes.

McCreery didn't write 'See You Tonight' all by himself -- he had some help from a couple other talented songwriters. His co-writers were hit songwriters Ashley Gorley, Zach Crowell and Frank Rogers. The track is the album's very first single and also the name of McCreery's current, and very first, headlining tour. His 2014 See You Tonight run finishes late this summer and has already proven to be quite the adventure for McCreery.

Last month, the tour made a stop at somewhere pretty important in the Nashville music scene. He rolled in to Music City's historic (and intimate) Ryman Audtiorium -- a sold out venue on his See You Tonight Tour. Full tour dates are listed on McCreery's website.
