Robert Downey Jr. is back for more zany adventures in 'Sherlock Holmes: A Game Of Shadows,' the sequel to the uber-popular 2009 action-comedy.

Based on the trailer, which hit the Internet on Tuesday, 'Shadows' looks to be even more action-packed than its predecessor, with guns, explosions and, um, Downey Jr. in drag.

Returning for the ride is Jude Law, who will reprise his role as Holmes' slightly neurotic sidekick, Watson. Meanwhile, Noomi Rapace, star of 'The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo,' will play the female lead, Sim.

Rachel McAdams, who was the female star in the 2009 'Sherlock Holmes,' will appear in a cameo, according to reports.

'Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows' hits theaters Dec. 16. Watch the trailer below.
