Sheryl Crow Has Benign Brain Tumor

Already a breast cancer survivor, Sheryl Crow has revealed to the Las Vegas Review-Journal that she is dealing with another health problem, but not as serious.

“In November, I found out I have a brain tumor.  But it’s benign, so I don’t have to worry about it.  But it gives me a fit.” (Las Vegas Review-Journal)

She feels the tumor is affecting her memory, so much so that she went to the doctor to try to find out why she was having issues with remembering things.  She tells the paper,

I worried about my memory so much that I went and got an MRI. And I found out I have a brain tumor. And I was, like, ‘See? I knew there was something wrong.’”

About a month ago while performing in Florida, she actually forgot the words to her song “Soak Up The Sun” and ends up telling the audience,

I’m 50, what can I say? My brain’s gone to sh*t.”

With her health problems she keeps at it though.  Not that long ago she ran a half-marathon, has two sons, performing and working on a new album.
