Shooting at Tyler Club Leaves One Person Dead
A shooting in Tyler early Monday has left one person dead and another person hospitalized in critical condition.
Police responded to the Hyena’s Clubhouse located at 2126 N Grand, in Tyler where two people had been shot and were transported by a private vehicle to a local hospital.
Tyler Police say 26-year-old Keeston Swone Fields of Tyler was killed, and 33-year-old John T. Woods also of Tyler is listed in critical condition.
Investigators are still seeking the identification of the shooter and the motive. This case is now considered a Homicide. The shooting occurred around 2 a.m. Monday.
