The KNUE St. Jude "Country Cares" Radiothon is up and going and for the next two days, and KNUE will be sharing the stories of families and their children who have been touched by St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. The St. Jude "Country Cares" Radiothon was the brain child of Alabama frontman Randy Owen. The "Country Cares" Radiothon has been in action since 1989 and has helped raise $440 million for the kids of St. Jude. It's exciting to know that us country fans can really make a difference.

We hope you tune in and feel the need to become a St. Jude "Partner In Hope." Being a "Partner In Hope" simply means you will pledge to give $20 a month, which is 66 cents per day, or $240 for a year. This is to join the fight against childhood cancers and other devastating childhood diseases.

No child EVER pays at St. Jude Children's Hospital. The families of the St. Jude children are also taken care of. St. Jude takes care of travel, accommodations, groceries and more! The research at St. Jude is making strides everyday in the fight against childhood cancers. That's because of people like you.

The finest, and only research facility of it's kind. Some of the world's top researchers working everyday to find cures for these precious, innocent kids. The research is shared freely throughout the world. That includes hospitals and research facilities in East Texas too. St. Jude impacts the entire world.

The hospital needs more than $1 million per day to keep running, so please help KNUE in our fight. Become a "Partner In Hope" now! You can donate right here online or call 1-888-280-4673.

Thank you!
