Starbucks Is About to Cost You More Bucks

Coffee addicts get ready your addiction is about to get more expensive as Starbucks ups the price on some of its drinks five to 20 cents.

According to the Associated Press, Starbucks is not only increasing the price of some of their drinks but also raising the price of bagged coffee by $1.

Though the price of beans has surged recently, the increase in price does not seem to be based on the rise according to CEO Howard Schultz.

"We can manage this, we have over a year's worth of protection," Schultz said at the time. "I suspect that most of our competitors are short, and we are in a much better position than they are."

Prices for your grande and venti coffees are likely to see a price hike, but your frappuccinos and tall brews are probably safe because they went up a year ago.
