International Tongue Twister Day is Sunday.

As broadcasters, this should be an easy task for us. Yeah, no.

We've gathered together to try our hand at a few twisters of the tongue and the results are nothing short of some good belly laughs.

For reference, here's the list of tongue twisters we used:

  •  A big black bug bit a big black dog on his big black nose!
  • Wayne went to Wales to watch walruses.
  • I saw Susie sitting in a shoe shine shop.
Where she sits she shines, and where she shines she sits.
  • Denise sees the fleece,
    Denise sees the fleas.
    At least Denise could sneeze
and feed and freeze the fleas.
  • I wish to wish the wish you wish to wish, but if you wish the wish the witch wishes, I won't wish the wish you wish to wish.
  • Six sleek swans swam swiftly southwards
  • The thirty-three thieves thought that they thrilled the throne throughout Thursday.
  • I wish to wash my Irish wristwatch.
  • How many cookies could a good cook cook If a good cook could cook cookies? A good cook could cook as much cookies as a good cook who could cook cookies.
  • How many pounds in a groundhog's mound when a groundhog pounds hog mounds?
  • Tell Tom the ticket taker to take the ticket to the ticket wicket.
  • Quick queens quack quick quacks quicker than quacking quails.
  • Nope, an antelope can't elope with a cantelope.
  • What's a synonym for cinnamon or is cinnamon synonym-less?
  • How much squash could a sasquatch squish, if a sasquatch could squish squash?
  • Real rock wall, real rock wall, real rock wall
  • I thought, I thought of thinking of thanking you.
  • How can a clam cram in a clean cream can?

or you can go  to uebersetzung.at/twister/en.htm to find a list of more to try.

I see an interesting drinking game coming out of this.
