Sunrise Paw Park Coming Soon

Construction has begun for Sunrise Paw Park. This new dog park will be four acres, three for the play area, one for parking, located on Baggett Road or County Road 166 between Old Jacksonville and Loop 49.

There will be three fenced areas, shade spots, dog washing station, water fountains for both you and your dog.

According to the Tyler Morning Telegraph, Sunrise Paw Park is project between the Tyler Sunrise Rotary Club and the Anderson-Vukelja Foundation.

On a personal note, I am excited for this. My 10 year old black lab and I are inseparable. Plus, I needed a good story to show him off. Say hello to Buddy and if you see us around town, he'll take a scratch on the head.
