KNUE asked listeners what their favorite breakfast foods were, not surprisingly, there were varying answers. From a simple bowl of cereal to eggs Benedict. But I couldn't help but notice how many people said they skip breakfast. That got me to thinking what Granny used to always say, 'eat your breakfast, it's the most important meal of the day.' Is breakfast that important? If so, why? So I was on a mission to seek out the answers to this curious question.
