I'll never forget the first time I met Ronnie Dunn and Kix Brooks. It was at the "Tops in Texas Rodeo" in Jacksonville and I was bringing them on stage. It was the summer of 1991. The duo's career had just started with the release of their Brand New Man album and "Boot Scootin' Boogie" was their first single.
