CISPA Amendment Banning Employers from Requiring Facebook Passwords Has Been Blocked
Bad news for all Facebook users (or at least employed ones). There has been a last minute amendment to the Cyber Intelligence Sharing and Protection Act, known as CISPA, that would ban employers from asking employers for their social media passwords -- but the measure was defeated in the U.S. House of Representatives.
