CMT launched a new web series called CMT Live. In it artists get the opportunity to play their songs in front of a small, live studio audience. This gives these bands a chance to interact with fans and tell the stories behind their songs. The performances are also shared online via the CMT website. Well, Texas bases Josh Abbott Band is the latest to be featured on it.

After performing together at the ACMs in April 2011, Underwood and Tyler will give it another go and attempt to recreate their onstage electricity and magic as part of the ‘CMT Crossroads’ series on Super Bowl weekend.

Kid Rock Returns To Hosting Duties For 2011 CMT Music Awards

According to TasteOfCountry.com rapper/rocker/country singer Kid Rock will be coming back the host the annual CMT award show. This year’s awards ceremony airs on CMT on June 8, live from Nashville.

But don't think Kid Rock wont be staying busy later in summertime, he will also be the subject of a Comedy Central Roast, which will tape this August and air shortly afterwards.

'Just a Kiss,' the first single from Lady Antebellum's new album, was released Monday (May 2) to radio stations, and the trio will perform it live Thursday (May 5) on American Idol. Lady Antebellum
