Victims Accept Settlement in Indiana State Fair Stage Collapse
The majority of the victims from the stage collapse at the 2011 Indiana State Fair have chosen to take a settlement offered by the state and two private companies. According to the Associated Press, 51 of the 62 eligible claimants have chosen to accept their portion of the $13.2 million offer, but more could follow.
