May 4, 2011 It's taken two long years, but former John Tyler HS student Byron Truvia has been indicted in the murder of his teacher, Todd Henry. The case against Truvia is still pending since he was a juvenile at the time. The state and defense are now waiting for a district judge to sign off on an order to have him committed to a state hospital. Video from our media partner, KLTV after the jump.
Yesterday's storms swept through East Texas to Shreveport unyielding in their power. Several confirmed tornadoes were sighted and touched down.
